Returns Policy – Fishing International Supplies & Hardware
Please choose carefully. We do not provide cash refunds for change-of-mind returns.
Unlike many online sellers, we do not charge an outrageous restocking fee for eligible returns made for store credit. For voluntary change-of-mind returns of goods supplied as ordered and received in good condition, the following Returns Policy applies:
Stock items returned in as-new, resalable condition within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a credit equal to 100% of the original purchase price. Your credit expires one year from the date we receive the returned goods in acceptable condition. Your credit does not need to be used on a single order and may be applied across multiple purchases during the validity period.
You must obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) before returning any goods. Please wait until you receive your RA number before dispatching your return. Returns received without a valid RA number cannot be accepted.
To request a Return Authorisation, please emailreturns@fishinginternational.com.auand attach a copy of your original invoice PDF. Please identify the items you wish to return.
We will reply with an RA number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of your return package. Failure to prominently display the RA number may result in the shipment being refused by our receiving depot.
Your RA will include the return shipping address and detailed return instructions. Returned goods must be received within 30 days of the RA number being issued. Returns received without a valid RA number cannot be accepted.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured for the full value of the available credit.
Upon receipt, the goods will be inspected. If found to be undamaged and in as-new, resalable condition, a store credit will be issued. The credit may be used at any time during the following 12 months.
We thank you for your business and appreciate the confidence and trust you place in us.
